CHILI publish interview questions

It took 2 months for the entire process which was completely unnecessary. They ghosted me for 3 weeks before giving a vague response that they can't proceed with my application. I gave 5 rounds of interviews and in my last round, I was asked to give details of my pervious employer for further reference checks. I had to thus inform my ex-managers to be aware if they get contacted which they never did. I found this behaviour to be utterly unprofessional as they made me reach out to my previous bosses and had me disclose my current situation when they had zero intentions of doing these so-called "reference checks". In the hind sight I am glad I dodged a bullet as I got a fist-hand experience of how I would have been treated within the company if they would have hired me. Please save your time and apply for better, more stable companies out there.

Echoing the previous poster, the entire process took well over 2 months and 5 interviews in my case. Outside of the technical interview, so many questions were repeatedly asked of me by several other members of staff who I interviewed with. After the fifth interview, I was ghosted as well, with not even a courtesy email or phone call made. Run, do not walk from this company. There is better out there and you do not need to waste your time in this manner.
