I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CHRISTUS Health (Houston, TX) in Sept 2011
Interview
The interview process was very stupid especially with 1 particular hiring unit with much of them asking the same ridiculous questions. It appeared that because I had skills and education, they were intimidated by me and I was so happy they did not offer me a career opportunity. What a joke!

Initial interview with hiring manager. Followed by panel interview with 3 rounds back to back with two people on each interview and a excel/ppt assessment. Was very technical and in depth.

Interview
The company now uses an 'situational' based interview, as opposed to actual 'skills' or 'education'. The questions are based on how you would react to employee who is screaming, threatening and making obscene gestures to co-workers. Additionally, would you attend CHRISTUS Health parties, events, and social outings.
