I applied through university. I interviewed at CHRISTUS Health (Shreveport, LA) in July 2022
Interview
I had options to interview with multiple units at the facility. I was given a tour to each different manager expecting me. It began with “tell me about yourself “ and progressed to “why this unit.” Always end with “thank you for your time.” My recruiter stayed in contact with me and communicated my offer status.
I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.
