The interview process was very brief and consisted of a short conversation. Based on my experience, it did not feel like there was a genuine intent to fill the position at the time. The interaction seemed more aligned with gathering information rather than actively recruiting for an open role.
Overall, the process lacked depth, and I would have appreciated more clarity regarding the status and urgency of the hiring need.

I was invited to complete a one-way video interview, which consisted of pre-recorded behavioral questions and took about 20 minutes. However, I never received any follow-up or response from the company afterward.
What concerns me is that the company continues to keep the job posting active on their career website, even though the role appears to have been filled. To respect candidates' time and effort, companies should remove inactive postings in a timely manner.
