I recently participated in the interview process for a position at cignex. Overall, the process was well-structured and professionally conducted. The first round was a technical interview, followed by a second round with the hiring manager. In the third stage, I submitted all required documents for the background verification process.
However, after following up, I was informed that the position has been put on hold. While I appreciate the opportunity and the smooth coordination throughout the interview process, it was disappointing to learn about the position freeze at such an advanced stage. It would be helpful for candidates if companies could provide more clarity or certainty regarding the status of the role before progressing to final stages like document submission.
