Straightforward process. Relatively detailed questions. Got feedback quickly. Friendly culture. Nice offices. Seems that there is a lot of flexibility to adjust your career path depending on your particular interests. Definitely a strong real estate background is helpful to be successful in the process.
Formal interview that went about the same as any other financial associate role. The interviewer was brief and made it clear that company culture was not a priority. Not very difficult, but did not enjoy the vibe.

The interview process was made up of an introductory HR interview, an interview with the VP of the development team, an interview with the MD of the development team, a site walk, and an interview with the team's principle.
