      Interview

      The interview process at CINC took about a month and began with an initial phone screening followed by a virtual interview, both of which were friendly and professional. However, the final in-person interview with senior leadership shifted in tone. When I mentioned a relocation I had planned beforehand, it seemed assumed I was moving because of this position, which created an awkward and critical atmosphere early on. I was also challenged on why hiring managers at my previous company implemented in-person interviews, despite this company requiring the same for their final interviews, which felt contradictory. After investing significant time and preparation, receiving a generic rejection email with no feedback felt impersonal and left a disappointing final impression.
