had a phone call interview to understand the general idea of the role, i was told the job requires to be flexible in the evening time as the other team is in China. then i was asked to complete a 1.5 hour assessment test. after that i was asked to attend a a tech interview. after tech interview i didn't hear back from anyone for over 1 month

El proceso de selección es complicado. Los filtros son muy certeros y se requiere bastante experiencia para poder cumplir con los requerimientos solicitados por la empresa. Existen planes para mejorar este proceso de selección y poder brindar la oportunidad a más personas.
