Interview
I applied online through my University's career website. After a week or so, I was scheduled for a phone interview.
After a successful phone interview, I was scheduled for a face to face interview
It was very quick, it only took a phone screen and in person interview. The in person interview felt more like a conversation which was easy. Then training took about 3 months at a site.

Interview
I applied through Linkedin and with two days received an email from an HR generalist. She asked in the email for me to complete an application on the CityMD career page and to schedule a phone interview (links provided in the email). I schedule the interview for that week. The day of the interview I was wanting by the phone for her call, but she never called me. I called her and left a voicemail to confirm the time and date. I went back into the link to reschedule the phone interview. I did this in hopes that she got busy with something or she forgot. The following day the same thing happened again. This time I called her to leave a voicemail yet again - no response.
The following week I sent her an email to follow up with her to see if the company is still interested in moving forward - no response again. It's disappointing that the HR department for CityMD is this unprofessional.
