Three tier interview , asked details about how you can manage case load and scenarios , it was doable just need as much detail as possible and experience helps. Be prepared to be patient for call back, they are a small operation

The interview process has 3 stages: phone, in-person with management, and in-person with the director. The QMHP interview was conducted by the department supervisor for the first two interviews.
