Interview
There is a 4-part interview process, with an internal and external review at each point. The first is a virtual interview on FT or Zoom. The second is an in-person meeting with the Director of Training. The third is a group interview with the Executive Vice President. Lastly, there is a phone interview with the Director of Operations.

Interviews are to get to know you as the applicant, determine what qualifying skills you may have, and ensure that you are prepared for the travel and commitment aspects pf the position.

Interview
Applied via website. Recorded email invitation a few days after for a 1-way interview and told that 1 to every 100 applicants are hired. Given 7 days to send in video responses.
It was a lengthy interview process. Expect some time to go by before being hired. This is perhaps for the best, however, as taking on a traveling job is a big decision to make.
