very standard -- started with a 30-min recruiter screen over phone, walk me through your resume, tell me about your salesforce experience as this role was data-heavy. the next steps involved meeting a data specialist and answering technical sf-related questions. passed up the opportunity as i did not want a data-heavy role.
Straightforward, relatively lightweight process. Case study was typical, nothing too demanding. A few cross functional interviews. Overall a solid experience despite not getting an actually job offer. No issues with the experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you used data to make a decision.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CLEAR (Austin, TX) in June 2024
Interview
I was rushed through 3 interviews in 2 weeks and then absolutely ghosted with no feedback about my interviews or response from either the hiring manager or the talent acquisition person.
I had an initial phone screen with talent acquisition that was straightforward and easy, after which they said they wanted to get me in with the HM asap.
I had a great call with the HM and the TA person got back to me about next steps, which was a case study interview that was not mentioned during the initial discussion about the hiring process.
The case study was fine but afterwards neither the HM or TA person followed-up about next steps or rejection, despite multiple follow-up from me.
