The interview process was thorough. This company takes hiring employees very seriously I went through several rounds of interviews then a presentation. I was interviewed by 4 different people culminating in a presentation to all of them at once. It can be lengthy, but again, they do it to ensure they are getting the best possible fit for their teams.
