Interview
During the interview process, they initially verified my original documents, including mark sheets and any relevant previous work experience records. Following this verification, they invited me for an interview where they inquired about my prior project experiences and posed general questions related to the field.

They also asked me about the methods and techniques I had employed for characterization during my previous projects and discussed the practical applications of these methods.
Didn’t even asked questions. Seemed like they have already selected the candidate and for sake of marketing gimmick they conducted an interview. Too much of politics inside. Wasted my half day
