CLS Group interview questions

Great interview process, going up the chain from Program Manager all the way up to MD. Difficult process as you need to interpret the needs of their org, Not open to change initiatives, very much looking for someone that will dissect current structure.

I applied the job and luckily I got a message from the linkedin from on the the HRs, saying my profile was impressive and would like to arrange a call next week. I provided a few available slots, then the HR started to ghost. After a few reminders sent to the HR, we finally agreed on a time to have a discussion on call. However, when the agreed time is arrived, I have been waiting for 30 mins but the HR didn't call at all. I have sent 2 messages (1 is after 15mins of the agreed time, another one is 30 mins of the after time), I got totally ghosted. I know right now is an employer driven market, but such a big company there is no respect shown to a potential employee. You see there are more cases in the glassdoor saying similar situation. Please re-consider if you get an offer from this company which shows no respect to people.
