Phone screen, writing test due back in 24 hours, and in-office interview with two senior members.
After my third round interview, they dropped off the face of the earth. I think this was poor form following completion of a time-sensitive written test. I invested a fair amount of time in the interview process and they never followed up, which I find unprofessional and indicative of what you'd likely be working with.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CLS Strategies in Oct 2021
Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and was contacted a few days after for a video interview with one partner and one other higher up. The day after my first interview, I was contacted about meeting with two other partners at the organization. I followed up after the second interview, but I never heard anything back.
A writing assessment was mentioned early on in the process, but I guess I didn't make it to that step.
Everyone I met with was kind and personable. I enjoyed meeting with the team. Both interviews were more of a conversation rather than an interrogation, which I appreciated. Although I didn't get an offer, everyone I met with seemed genuinely interested in me and my experience.

Tell us about a communications/PR campaign that you worked on.
They give you a real-life client scenario (in which a PR issue came up) and ask how you would advise the client.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CLS Strategies (Washington, DC)
Interview
There was one in-person interview where the candidate met with four potential team members and then one of the founding partners. There was a follow-up writing test that the candidate has two hours to complete once it is emailed to them.
