Resume screen by HR then meeting their hiring manager. There might be follow up rounds but I did not get in. The round with hiring manager made me feel awkward as the hiring manager did not even understand what exactly were in the job scope. The JD from their website is an analyst role, but need to engage with their business partners to educate about their Ecommerce product. However, the manager was telling me the role was a sales role to make phone calls and persuade those leads to buy their ecommerce product. And the manager did not know what would be their hiring process. The whole experience made me feel their organization being very unprofessional.
