Two Stage with the first sate interview with the human resource manager, technical managers and other mid level managers. second stage involves interview with managing director and divisional managers. Both interviews are oral and touches on personality, ethics, experience in both hard and soft skills.

Hiring via recruitment agency which screen the candidates, analyzes your working experience according to the job advertised, an analysis of your skills and competencies based on the job description is also carried out. They then do tests to test your knowledge on the job applied for. Upon success of the mentioned, an in-house company interview is carried out before results are given.
