The interview process was 2 stages. First stage was preliminary with some useless HR functionary which was fairly standard. Questions like current job situation, reason for wanting to leave, etc. Lasted half hour. Second stage was with 2 other women. Interview lasted around 45 minutes or more (was supposed to be half hour) but due to the extensive nature of my experience, it went on for much longer. I was asked the nature and value of contracts I had experience in. Throughout the interview, I got the feeling that I was being penalised for having 'too much' high value contracts experience. They explicitly asked me a question in relation to this, to which I replied not a problem for me to work on low value contracts as I still had some of that in my day to day tasks. I also got the impression that one of the interviewers was threatened by my level of experience as I had significantly more experience than her. The horrible part of this process and the reason this company and these 3 employees mentioned here were the worst is that having been through the interview process, none of them could be bothered to email me to notify me of the outcome of the interview even though they told me at interview to expect a response the next week. Not one word of even an automated rejection and this is even after I wrote back to useless HR functionary explicitly pointing this lack of outcome of the interview. The lack of professionalism is quite frankly disgusting as I gave up my time for both interviews. The least they could have done was to send a 'you've been unsuccessful' notification. Instead, they just readvertised the position again on indeed.
