HR received me at the reception and after introduction, she gave me the document which has information about the full day process and feedback form which I had to fill before leaving. There was a little delay in written test but after that all round was done quickly after previous one. Good arrangements for snacks in waiting hall. I felt its worth to mention here since not all companies do this. Coming to technical stuff now. There were 6 rounds in total. 1. Written test which has MCQ and coding questions 2. Technical interview : core java questions, collections and few basic data structure and algorithms questions. 3. Technical interview : Multi threading, design patterns which I had worked for and few other scenario questions on my answers 4. interview with Director : Mostly about project, good and bad about work I had done. What I am proud of and not proud of. What my manager think about me. If he call my manager, what would he say. 5. HR round : Again some project related questions and behaviourial questions to test the mental fitness in team 6. General discussion and compensation : This was the easiest one. There were few questions about project but most part was about work culture and duties post joining. And finally salary discussion
