The interview process was smooth and clear, the managers were nice as well. Team members were punctual and always arrived on time. I was given feedback during my second round of interview.

I first had a phone screening with the recruiter, followed by a Teams interview with the project manager I’d be working with - both went well. The next step was an interview with the director. At the end of that interview, she asked if I was married, had kids, or planned to have kids (note this is illegal to be asked during a recruitment process). I was taken aback, and when I asked why, she explained that 3 people were on maternity leave at the same time. I was later invited to a final interview, but I declined to move forward.
