Started inerviews online with a consulting company even if I did not know the company before. Then passed 4 more online interviews with hiring and other technical managers with 3 different HR responsibles. Finally while giving me a positive feedback, and just before giving me an offer, they decided to change the grading of the role from senior to normal manager that we were interviewing for about 5 months! I do not find this last minute decision professional and I can not rely on them anymore. You can not start to build a trustful relationship over such a behaviour. Finally, I am very happy to share that I rejected to go further.
