Phone Interview...was set up the day before and was done with a conference call. The person I initially had contact with along with a higher executive, who was rude, pompous and unprofessional.
The who call lasted less than a minute as I was told how CNN has "changed" and how I was no longer qualified, even though I used to direct for them as a freelancer in the past. I was stunned by how they conducted themselves.

Went fast and the talent team was very efficient. Feedback was provided along with next steps. Hiring manager made every effort for the conversations to be easy, natural and stress-free

Interview
There were five interviews conducted. One on one with the hiring manager, a small panel of the management team and a larger panel with HR and other stakeholders. Each session was approximately an hour.
