COBAN Technologies interview questions

The hiring process was a phone conversation & in face interview. Also there was an aptitude test. Was told that they needed to fill the position ASAP. But two weeks passed with no response to follow up emails. Very unprofessional to say the least. At least provide candidates a response whether good or bad.

Interview process was pretty simple, first a couple of phone calls and then an onsite interview with questions, tours of the facility and lunch. Appearance of a well oiled machine from the outsider perspective makes it very appealing.
