CODA Global has a very cool interview process. It will test the people in different aspects. They visited our college for hiring. The process will be as follows:- 1)Written test(Aptitude,HTML,JAVA,SQL,C Output question) In this test there will be questions like Aptitude,HTML,JAVA, C output questions, SQL. Around 6 simple programming questions will be asked where a text box will be available in which we have to write the program, there will be no compiler,they will check only our logic and our thought process. 15 students shortlisted from this round. 2)Technical Interview For all the students who has cleared the first round, this technical interview will be conducted. They mainly focus on your academic achievements, Co-Curricular activities you have done apart from your daily college routine. Questions asked will be completely from resume based on your interest. 5 students shortlisted from this round 3)Appplicaion Development Round In this round a specific task is given to you based on your area of interest, to develop an application. Its duration is for 3 hours. If you are area of Interest is Android development then question will be like, to develop an APP, if it is Web development then question will be like,to design a website as shown to you, likewise questions will be asked based on our interest. 4)Interview In this round we have to explain our developed application to them.They mainly concerned about logic how we approached the problem to bring the solution. They asked us the questions like, if new constraints were requested then how u will change the code. Small HR Interview is combined with this. Finally after finishing all the rounds the company people gave review to each and every candidate who participated in round 3 & 4. They said for each student, in which areas they were good and where we are lagging.This is an unique interview process. The people from CODA Global are very friendly and very cool. The package for they offered for Level-1 Developer is 6 LPA and for Level-2 Developer is 7.5 LPA.
