1 hr wating out side office, technical paper with question on recursion and matrix movement, finding char occarance, some descriptive question on technology used etc.
no propeper management, people who have ref. they get paper to modifie ans also paper and modified.
recjected people should know they are rejected personally pls dont shout and anounce their names and tell them ha ha ha you rejected... it herts.

The pen paper test is quite easy , questions are generally based on matrix (rotate , invert etc), just require practice from a good site .
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CONTENTSERV (Nāgpur, Maharashtra) in May 2018
Interview
First round is coding as they give certain scenario and you have to write code for the same then puzzle and then few technical terms.Then a member from technical will come for the negotiation and they will negotiate the salary.
