Thank you for your feedback. It’s unfortunate that your interview experience and resulting offer of employment did not meet your expectations.
CORE is committed to providing holistic compensation packages to meet the needs of our employees and their families. Pay equity is extremely important to us, and we consider several factors to ensure ethical practices and equitable compensation for every employee. CORE regularly reviews and assesses market data from a range of industry sources, which is used to determine salary ranges for each position to provide consistency and fairness in how we pay our employees. Individual salaries are also determined by role/experience competencies such as certifications, licensures, education, and skill sets. Base salary is one component of CORE’s total compensation which also includes a generous bonus program, benefits package, flexible working options, retirement contributions, paid time off, and paid volunteer days.
CORE’s values serve as the guiding principles that support our actions – with each other, with our clients, and within our communities. Teamwork, collaboration, values, and culture are paramount to our success. When interviewing candidates, a series of behavior-based questions are asked that provide insight into various factors such as how candidates work with others, take initiative, problem-solve, and handle conflict.
Please feel free to contact CORE’s Human Resources Manager Kaley Konecny at kkonecny@liveyourcore.com if you would like to share any additional feedback, ideas, or concerns.
