First ask you to introduce yourself, then they will review your resume and ask you some professional questions, finally they will ask you if you have any questions. The whole process is very relax , very friendly and positive. Environment is very comfortable.

Interview
Just like regular Interview process, sitting in the meeting room and have a talk with the manager. Introduce yourself first, and then will be asked questions like how much you know about this industry, and what are your expectations from here, how you deal with tough issues, etc.
