First took an online assessment from HR. First Interview was with HR they asked the basic questions like "Why do you want to work at Country" and "What's your job experience" Then once the first interview is over with HR will then contact you for the final interview which will be at the Customer Service Building. You'll meet with two Billing Supervisors and they will ask you the basic interview questions. Then you will take a basic math test and sit with a Billing Representative and listen to calls.

Had my first interview HR lady was wonderful she made me feel v ry comfortable and i enjoyed talking to her. Got my second interview tomorrow and i am not feeling as nervous. Will come back and add a review on the second part of interview and if i got the job
