COWI Bridge Engineer interview questions

Applying online to the COWI-NA website, I got a screening call from an HR rep. She asked some of the basic questions like strengths and weaknesses. That portion was relatively easy I felt. The in person interview was more difficult, even if the interviewers seemed relaxed. I have to say they wanted a lot more technical discussion than I was prepared for from my interview history. They discussed their focus on technical aspects. While the company itself sounds good, I feel like the interview was over before it began because I didn't have a Masters Degree or higher and a really high GPA.... and that's as an applicant with several years experience. It was the first time I had been asked GPA since my entry level position interviews a decade ago. So regardless of experience level, be prepare to discussion things in depth and even go back to school/GPA discussions.
