Interview
I had a 15 minute interview over the phone to go over the position and explain my interest. Within the same week I hada 30 minute Zoom wiht two employees. I felt the call went great on both sides. Less than a week later I hada 45-minute shadow of the location for the postion. Again, I felt the "interview" went great. Recieved compliments on my questions for the current Community Manager. Was told Interviews were going through middle of following week and next steps would be a FOURTH conversation with the operations team. I was turned down t the end of the week after three interviews.
Very quick responses and moved from a pre-screening call to a virtual interview quickly. Everyone was friendly and the culture of the company seemed healthy. The interviewers felt prepared, and it didn't feel like they were grilling me with questions.
