Let me start by saying that CPC has a decent reputation for the services they provide to clients. However, from what I saw of the way they treat potential employees, they are a mess of an organization. In fact, the work "organization" implies that they are organized...they are not. I've interviewed with them 4 times over the last year, and each time was equally baffling. First off, not one single interviewer was either on time or seemingly prepared. Secondly, they tell you that they will get back to you either way (they don't.) Third, no one seems to communicate within the agency regarding interviews, so if you've recently interviewed for a position and then get called for a different one, the person who calls you has no idea that you have already been in. They just waste a lot of your time. They have you fill out a lengthy paper application, despite the fact that you already did one online. They ask very few questions, then seem put off when you have a lot of questions. There were a lot of blank stares in response to normal questions. You have to come back for a second interview, which is exactly the same as the first. Overall they seem to prefer candidates with less experience, such as recent college grads or interns (probably so they can pay them less, or not at all.)
