Interview
The whole application process took over two months. Five weeks after sending in my application I was invited to a face to face interview with 4 panellists, following which I was shown around the facilities. The interview had a relaxed atmosphere and I spend about 2 hours there before returning home.

Interview
Applied for an entry level scientist job through an agency. Took a while for them to reply. Was invited to a face to face interview with two Senior Scientists who led the team.
Interview was quite straight forward with a mix of technical and competency questions and a data analysis type task.
Took a long time to hear back from them by which time I had another offer that I had to put on hold and nearly lost whilst they made their minds up.
