First there is arrange a 30 minutes video call with HR. If you pass that interview, there is a second and final call with hiring manager. After then you get an offer.

The interviewer was very encouraging and clear. Next steps and timelines were clearly explained and the interview space was very comfortable and positive. Even though the opening was not a good fit for my experience, the channel of communication remained open for future opportunities.
