CRB Process Utilities Engineer/Mechanical Engineer interview questions

Very comfortable interview from three gentlemen from biotech, pharma and food/beverage branches. Was given thoughtful questions not just read off of a sheet. It was maybe 45 minutes but it felt like a normal conversation not a professional interview. Their culture seems relaxed but I think this allows their employees to enjoy what they do and provide intrinsic motivation to do well at their job. Overall, I'm very impressed with CRB as a company as well as the Kansas City location. The cross functionality of each employee between branches is very appealing.
