The internal recruiter was unusually helpful and provided helpful context for the interview process (timelines, feedback, etc.), and the timelines between steps were very reasonable. After speaking with the hiring manager virtually, I was invited for an on-site interview with the hiring manager, his director, and the business unit VP. I was given a tour of the facility and spoke with a number of related teams that the hire would work with. The interviews themselves were friendly and mostly conversational. I expected an offer from his process, but the business unit unfortunately canceled the position outright. The process was sufficiently positive that I have sought out other opportunities at Oldcastle.
