I applied online. I interviewed at CRISP (Leeds, England) in May 2021
Interview
Two tests to pass one question with multiple answers a b c d content moderation and second small research.Interview based more on a psychology and awareness rather than traditional interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CRISP in Mar 2020
Interview
The hiring process was very well organised and a recruiter always was available.
The process includes some steps:
1. After applying Cv a job-seeker gets a case study - there are 20 pieces of different content and it is required to match them with certain type of digital threat (bullying, spam, etc).
You need to answer correctly at least 18 out of 20 .
2. Then I had a call interview with a recruiter . It took about 20-30 minutes and included such questions:
Why do you want to work in Crisp?
What added value you can bring to the company?
Could you share by experience where you had to make a decision?
3. 2 days later a recruiter sent me an email and suggested to move forward and make an assignment.
It was a small research on a given topic, which was related with this position.
It took me about 2 working days: find an interesting case, describe it, make a conclusion.
4. 2 weeks later they invited me to the interview with a hiring manager.
Because of the Coronavirus lockdown the interview was remotely via Internet.
There were 2 managers who were looking for a person for the certain project.
They were really polite and professional, I had a pleasure to meet them and discuss the role.
They asked how I see this position, what added value I can bring to the team, how I cope with stress and some behavioural questions about situations from my career experience.
5. Unfortunately, I wasn’t successful, but the company’ recruiter called me later and gave a really honest and helpful feedback.
So, during the whole hiring process I felt respect. The company gave me a clear picture what the process is and on each stage I was informed by a recruiter.
