Brief phone interview then 30-45 minute skype interview. Asked if I was able to work hours on the weekend and go to POD training. They gave you overview of what you would be selling, pretty easy and straight forward. My manager interviewed me

I had a brief phone interview with the recruiter. They went over some of the basics of the position. They asked if I was interviewing with any other companies. They also asked what my desired hourly wage was. That was followed up by a video interview with the hiring manager.

The interview was on line with multiple people. I found the questions average. The interview then focused on my skill set and what I could bring to the table. The job was laid out in detail. Expectations were set.
