I applied online and attached my resume and cover letter to my application. A few days later I received an E-mail from someone in HR asking about setting up a phone interview. After the initial phone interview, a in-person interview with the hiring managers was set up. I heard back from my contact in HR within a day.

Name one time where a customer was not happy no matter how hard you tried to calm them down and provide solutions to the problem.
Good experience in the first interview with HR, in the second interview the department managers showed rude behaviors and asked aggressive questions from the start. Apart from that the recruitment process was smooth and I received feedback in a matter of days

Process is normal but when discussing pay based upon skillset you will be super low balled. Other than that they take you on a tour of the facility and meet with members of the team on your second interview
