Interview
The interviewing process consisted of two technical assessments and two interviews. The assessments were relatively short and adequate to their respective time constraints. Aside from a small slowdown due to high volume of applications, communication in general remained quick and respectful throughout the entire process. It was a pleasing experience overall.

Question 1
Working on two different projects, one focused mainly on framework specifics and other focused on testing and debugging. The oral interview tested my programming and framework knowledge and also past experiences.

Interview
All communication was done through automated messages. I applied and the first thing they asked was a coding assignment which I did. It took me about 8 hours to complete then it was assessed automatically by running the code against black box test cases. I've never heard from them since, no human being had a look at the code. Having in mind that they don't pay for an assignment It's nothing but a complete disrespect for my time.
