Thorough. Was recruited via LinkedIn. Had a phone screening, quickly followed by an in-person. Based in Indianapolis. Was called with an offer and sent an employment packet of info via e-mail with benefits, etc. included. Quick and easy!
Spoke with people at every level within the department which gave a good feel for who you would be working with. Relaxed and welcoming environment and interviews had fair questions.
