A friend referred me. I have applied to all the positions online. And I have received an email from the recruiter and then I was called for interview. Interview was smooth and friendly. Basic question were asked. referral works mostly. Once we get a call, chances are more that we get the job.

The questions were like How do you raise a ticket? Tell me a hard problem that you have recently solved.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CSU Fullerton (Fullerton, CA)
Interview
Standard interview on Zoom. I was asked about why I wanted to work part of the university, any previous experiences I had, availability. It was well organized and I was updated well of the process.

Q: What previous experiences do you have related to this role?
It was a great experience and the interviewer was very nice and understanding. I was nervous going into it but she made it an enjoyable interview as I was able to get to a little bit about her and she was able to get to know a little bit about me.
The interview process was super quick and easy, it was over zoom and thirty min after the zoom interview they called me and said I got the position. Don't know what else to say except it was pretty easy, they asked standard questions
