first you apply online by following the job posting on the beachlink, ASI and 49ers jobs. Each website will ask you to fill out the necessary detail in thier employment form. A resume is asked accordingly. The employment form and resume is submitted and sometimes a cover letter is also asked. If it is necessary. This application is received adn reviewed by the potential employer. If employer is interested they will call you for an interview. The intervieww is a smooth and quiet relaxing process.

I submitted my application and did not get selected for an interview after a 2-week period. This is an unfortunate outcome but I must remain optimistic in future endeavors in the job searching process.

Interview with the entire team and then one on one with supervisor. Very friendly people and straightforward process. Asked a lot of questions about campus and my experience working with a diverse group of students.

Easy, didn’t ask much questions more so asked about my life and school. Asked about my workload as a student and how will I handle different types of students and working with difficult people. Scenario based questions.
