They focus heavily on softer skills and how you build relationships. If you are doing data analysis they will ask briefly your experience with those tools, and then a written exam where you do simple excel equations

Held through Zoom with pandemic during first days at semester. Interviewed by one while other monitored. Lasted for about 30 minutes. It was relevant to know about your Federal Work Study position beforehand as well as major and plans to graduate.

I took the interview during COVID, so it was via zoom. I applied for the imaging student affairs position and was asked about my knowledge of computers/ keyboards. I was also asked why they should choose me, and I heard back a few days later with an acceptance email.
