I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CSols (Newark, DE) in June 2015
Interview
After initially speaking with the recruiter and filling out an application, four phone interviews were setup. All four phone screens were to access my technical skills. About 2 weeks later, an onsite interview was scheduled. The interview began at 8:30am and ended around 4pm, with a break for lunch. I spoke to eight different people. Half were onsite and the other half were remote. Overall the interviews were just conversations, whereas one was more of accessing my technical abilities with LIMS and Empower. The interview process was a bit long and tedious but I understood the need and it was nice to speak to a diverse group of individuals at Csols. My only complaint is that since I was onsite for the interview, it would have been helpful to speak to the interviewee in person instead of on the phone.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CSols (Newark, DE) in May 2015
Interview
There were 2 remote technical screenings followed by a full day on-site interview. The full day interview consisted of a series of 1 on 1 interviews with all levels and roles of the company. They arranged for and paid for the lodging the night before. They took me out to lunch. Overall it was a good day.
