its a drug test. and a background check. they have an atrocious turn over rate, so plenty of overtime if you can handle the job. its...awful its literally being covered in glue and insulation for the whole time you work there. the coworkers are awesome but will tell you to run. i was there for half a year. lung infection happened twice, made me rethink "just find a job" i started working on my resume and myself and now i have a nice little career and a small business . use this as a stepping stone to make your life better and find out what you want from said life.
