CU SoCal interview questions

Position posted for a couple months now but looks like credit union isn't serious about filling the position. Qualifications match position exactly but they've "received so much interest in the role" and yet it's still posted. Sure.

Phone interview with H R, then an interview was scheduled with the manager, then waited for call from HR to test, then a panel interview was scheduled. Then you get a call to do a urine test
