I applied online. I interviewed at CXG in Nov 2025
Interview
A video call. Questions regarding yourself and your experience. The interviewer described the position and the basics of the task. The work was related to manual check of AI's data capturing of sport events.
HR conducts initial interview/screening. Be aware, she records the calls. She asks if it is ok, but who is going to say no? The interview was relatively easy. Although recording it can throw someone off their game. Was asked to fill out an application, personality assessment, and give references. Was also led to believe I would be moving on. Was declined and they mentioned "it is (their) policy" not to let one know why they were turned down. Also, they do not offer any health benefits but want to pay what they pay. Unreal.
Word of advice, HR: Do not tell an applicant to fill out an application, give references and take an assessment until they are further in the process. Have some compassion for the applicant in this horrendous job market.
I dodged a bullet.
First round is a HR screening with talents team. Second was a general discussion about the role and the company. Finally a technical discussion about my past projects. I was ghosted at the end with no response at all.
