Very disrespectful, the interviewer kept laughing at the candidates and did not want to understand what they said. I don't understand why they conduct interviews for amusement and to feel good about themselves.

The interview consists of four Round which are similar to other trading companies: Round 1. Programming Round 2. HR Screening Round 3. Technical Screening Round 4. Super day (Would be in-person)

Round 1. Technical Screening with programming questions. Round 2. HR call regarding the motivation Round 3. Technical Interview, which includes puzzles and prior work experience. Round 4. Super day with programming, puzzles, and technical questions.

Complete waste of my time. Cancelled my interview 5 minutes before it was scheduled because they raised the minimum passing score for the quantitative assessment. Understandable, but extremely unprofessional and frustrating. If this is the way the company operates, I wouldn't even want to work here.
