The interview was four 4 panel interview which consists of (two office managers, one individual from human resource and the program coordinator). Before you start the interviewing process, they give you a folder with information about the company's benefits, job description, holiday schedule, and etc. Each individual asked a series of questions off the list that was provided to them and was taking notes as you replied back with your response. The interview was very laid back and enjoyable, they give insight about what the company policy and what they are looking for when it comes to the position you are applying for.
